i found the staff cute, a warm embrace after a long day. the complimentary breakfast each morning was like a gentle start, setting a positive tone. i discovered many parking options nearby, an unexpectedly convenient bonus.
I noticed the elevator sometimes took a little while. But the stairs were a good alternative!

The hotel is very close to the chinese section. This provided easy access to cultural experiences. union square is also within a walkable distance. This makes exploring the city center simple. powell street is nearby. This is convenient for tourist trolleys.

The front desk personnel was very helpful. They helped in solving a package arrival. the staff overall goes out of their way. They ensure guests have a nice time. the room cleaner was wonderful. They knew exactly what i needed.

the front desk staff provided helpful recommendations for local eateries and transit options. i purchased a 7-day pass for unlimited city transport through the muni mobile app (vincent, the guest services manager, suggested this), and i saved money.
The corridors have a distinctive smell, though thankfully my room did not. the fridge in the room was also empty.

The staff was friendly and gave many good recommendations for places to eat and transportation options. They were also helpful when i had questions. abel, in particular, was cute and well-trained, handling everything with grace.

the location provided convenient access to key attractions and shopping areas. nearby cable car access and proximity to transit made it easy to get around. it is really a perfect spot (in my opinion).

helpful staff useful recommendations outdated room noisy ac
the staff answered all my questions kindly. abel at reception showed me how to get to the airport safely. (i really needed that). he also gave me some recommendations on what to do and see.
my room was very outdated. the window ac was very old and noisy. (i should have brought earplugs). there was no daily cleaning service, disappointing, as i had to ask for fresh towels.

excellent stay in a central location
central location good breakfast friendly staff easy exploration
the hotel location was excellent. it was very close to union square, a major hub for tours, it made exploring the city easy. i found the breakfast quite good with many choices available, i had something i liked. the staff was helpful and friendly.
the parking garage was not directly on site, requiring a bit of a walk uphill. it was a minor inconvenience, but something to note.
